Lead Stylist/Key Holder

Part-Time (25–35 hrs/week)

About the Role

Belle & Briar is looking for a Lead Stylist who loves fashion, people, and creating a shopping experience that feels personal and memorable. This person is a natural leader who notices the little things — from helping a customer find her new favorite denim to making sure the store feels beautiful every morning.

Responsibilities

• Open/close boutique independently
• Create warm customer experiences
• Style customers + suggest complete looks
• Support hat bar appointments/events
• Train and encourage team members
• Help merchandise new arrivals
• Assist with inventory, tagging, steaming + restocks
• Create Instagram stories/content when needed
• Support owner with daily operations

Boutique Stylist 🤍
